Refund policy

60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Slumberlee LLC. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days after your order is delivered. Our guarantee is provided on a no-questions-asked basis.

To request a refund, email Support@Slumberlee.com with your:

• Full name

• Order number

• Email address used when placing the order

Once we confirm that your request falls within the 60-day guarantee period, we will issue the approved refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear after the refund is processed.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT

In most cases, you will not need to return the product before receiving an approved refund. However, Slumberlee LLC reserves the right to request the return of a product in cases involving suspected fraud, repeated refund requests, unusually large orders, or misuse of this guarantee. If we require a return, we will provide instructions by email.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard shipping charges included in the original order will be refunded when the entire order is refunded. Expedited shipping charges, duties, taxes paid directly to customs authorities, and return-shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law or the refund results from our error.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Support@Slumberlee.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Providing photographs for damaged or incorrect products does not limit the no-questions-asked guarantee for ordinary satisfaction requests.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

We begin processing orders quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be completed after an order enters processing or ships. If the order has already shipped, you may use the 60-day guarantee after delivery.

REFUND LIMITATIONS

This guarantee applies to purchases made directly through our official website. Refunds are limited to the amount actually paid for the applicable product and any refundable standard shipping charges.

To prevent abuse, Slumberlee LLC may limit or refuse claims involving fraudulent activity, materially false information, chargeback abuse, or repeated misuse of the guarantee. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
